Village Foundations is a specialist development company with the aim to create a positive future legacy by helping rural communities in England respond positively to the need for housing in and around their villages.
Changing the perception of development
Collaboration between two established property gurus, this project needed a softer feel, one that local communities and councils alike would trust. We got out the pencils and started drawing elements that make the English countryside so beautiful, from flora, fauna and foxes to brambles, birds and bees. Village Foundations was born.
