Exclusive country character
The development has very much been inspired by the farmland its built upon, from the building materials, to the identity, right down to the individual house names. We wanted to create an elegant shape form that was visually synonymous with the development name, and carry this design sophistication throughout the brochure. Floorplans were redrawn and location photography of the surrounding area was commissioned to bring a refined feel to the brochure.
