Situation: The Casual Dining Group (nee Tragus) are in the process of redeveloping some of their key brands and asked us to help create a Franchise Portfolio to market their brands globally. They also wanted us to support their expansion in the UK with tender proposals for individual opportunities, in airports and other large leisure and commercial environments.
Solution: Working closely within prescribed brand guidelines we’ve an adaptive framework for presenting the three key brands – Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Belgo. With inter-changeable sections the team can create a Franchise Proposal targeted to individual markets. And because this only exists in electronic form it’s easily up-datable and flexible to cope with brand changes.
