Situation: Care services company Ark Healthcare were determined not to be put in the same pot as other care service companies. Their model, to provide high quality care at affordable prices supported by a fresh approach to providing care services, this meant they needed a brand identity which reflected and communicated their unique offering.
Solution: Hot pink colour, classic font and a great strapline “altogether more caring”, created a friendly and reassuring tone of voice. Ark Healthcare has become an instant hit, not only with families, but with recruiting staff and working positively with local authorities.
